Teaching procedures  教学过程

Step 1 Greeting & Warm up

a. 按顺序大声读出4个短语或句子。

b. 找出和其他三个所对应节日不同的那一个。

c. 说出它们三个对应的节日名称。

【设计意图：Read and guess，既是热身，也是复习上节课的词汇、节日时间、活动、食物，又有利于集中学生的注意力，使他们有一种良好的状态投入学习。】

说课

本课的内容主要是复习和巩固本单元学习的知识点。本课开始用Game time和Look and say等环节使学生复习各节日日期、活动、食物和各月份名称，发散学生思维，夯实学生知识基础。再设置Ask and answer、Talk about my favourite festival等环节来提高学生实际使用语言的能力，同时提供学生展示的平台，让学生体验、分享成功的喜悦。课的最后，通过More festivals这一教学环节进行了适当的拓展，让学生了解更多中西方节日，拓展了学生的英语知识面。本课输出型练习环节比较多，同时在最后又进行了拓展，所以教师在上课时要特别注重时间的分配和掌握。
