1. Enjoy a song: What are you doing?
2. Brainstorming
T: The animals are having a party in the forest. What are they doing?

Step 2 Review
1. T: The animals are eating a lot of nice food. What are they eating?

1. Review the old story

T: Let’s read and retell the previous story about Bobby and his grape garden.
2. Learn the new story
T: Look at Bobby. He’s so sad. Today who can help him? Let’s watch the cartoon and find out who helps Bobby at last? (播放卡通)

3. Read and answer
T: Look at the pictures, read the sentences and think about these questions.

本单元Cartoon time与第五单元是紧密联系的,因此教师在一开始安排了两个复习活动,第一个主要是热身和复习已学词汇和句型,第二个则是回顾第五单元Cartoon time的故事情节,为学生顺利理解本单元的故事内容做好铺垫。在板块教学中,教师先通过播放Cartoon time动画让学生感知故事。随后,教师针对故事内容设置了一些细节性问题,旨在帮助学生获得故事细节,进一步理解故事并在学生回答的过程中教学出现的新单词和词组。接下来的多样朗读活动既是强化语言输入并培养语感,也是为学生表演打好基础。
