一、单元主题分析

本单元教学内容为译林版英语五年级上册第二单元A new student,属于“人与自我”和“人与社会”主题范畴,涉及“生活与学习”、“社会服务与人际沟通”“历史、社会与文化”主题群,“学习与生活的自我管理”、“运动与游戏,安全与防护”、“个人感受与见解”等子主题。

本单元围绕A new student话题涉及9个语篇,包括三组对话、一个图表、两个图示、一首韵律诗、一个配图说明文和一个非完整的配图说明文等。

Story time是一组日常对话,主要讲述新学期开学Yang Ling的学校来了一位新同学NancyMiss Li Yang Ling带领Nancy参观校园。Yang LingNancy介绍了学校的各功能室及各功能室所在楼层。该语篇旨在如何让新同学快速了解新学校,并能尽快融入到新的学习环境中,建立同学情。引导学生用There be句型的陈述句和疑问句介绍和询问学校情况,同时初步感知序数词的表达法。

 

二、学情分析  

学生在第一单元学过了there be句型的陈述句能根据方位有的东西进行简单的表达本单元中有的单词如playground, music, art, class, room这些词之前学过加上课前的预习,在生词学习中有所帮助。本课涉及的知识点较多there be的一般疑问句及回答以外还有序数词first, second,third的认读理解以及表达对学生在语言知识掌握上提出了更高的要求。

语言能力目标:

1.学生能听懂、会说、会读单词art room, computer room, music room, library, classroom, playgroundfirst, second, third, floor, student;发音准确。

2.学生能听懂、会说、会读句型Can you show her around? How manyare there? Is there a/an? Yes, there is. Are there any? Yes, there are. 

学习能力目标:

1.学生能用句型How manyare there? Is there a/an? Yes, there is. Are there any? Yes, there are. 来谈论学校。

2.学生能理解、掌握对话内容,用正确的语音语调朗读对话,初步表演对话。

思维品质与文化目标:

1.通过故事的学习能感受到校园的美好,热爱学校,保持校园整洁。

2.学生能感知帮助他人的快乐,与同学友好相处

Step2. Pre- reading

2. Learn words: 学习各种功能教室的名称

(1) Read and guess: what place is it? Learn rooms

T: Please read the riddles and guess where it is.

Classroom-1. We can have Chinese and Maths class in this room.

Library-2. There are many books in this room.

Computer room-3. There are many computers in this room.

Music room-4. We can sing and dance  in this room.

Art room-5. We can draw pictures in this room.

Playground- 6. We can have PE class there.
