Step 1 Warm-up 

1. Self-introduction (phrase: welcome to)

T: Hello, boys and girls.

Ss: Hello.

T: My name is Jenny. And I am so happy to see you again. Are you happy?

Ss: Yes.

T: Im your English teacher for this lesson. So welcome to my class. Follow me welcome (板书welcome)twice. Lets welcome the new teachers.

T: Follow me. Welcome to our class. (加手势)

Ss: Welcome to our class.

T: Good boys and girls.

Step2 Presentation

T: Today, I bring some beautiful pictures here. Lets enjoy. Look, Where is it?  its a farm. How nice! Whats on the farm?Cows. Yes. There are some cows on the farm.

T: on the farm, on the farm

T: Today, we are going to learn Unit7 On the farm(师贴生说).

T: Let’s go to the farm and enjoy ourselves, OK?

Ss: OK.

T: Whose farm is this?(3 characters for them to choose.) Lets listen and choose.

Ss: Liu Taos grandpas farm.

1. Animal garden

T: Yes, grandpas farm has three gardens. They are: Animal garden, Fruit garden and Happy farm. Shall we go to first one? OK.

T: What do you want to see in the animal garden?

Brainstorm: animals

预设:a cow, a pig a duck、a chicken, a dog, a cat, an elephant

教师给学生发贴纸。

Lets see. cat, pig, cow, duck, chicken, bird, dog, rabbit, and so on.

T shows the animal garden.

T: What animals are there in grandpas farm? Lets watch and think. 教师播放视频

T: Hand up, please!

S1: cows and pigs.

教师贴单词卡片:pigs, cows.

拿卡片贴问:What are these?

Ss: They are pigs.

拿卡片贴问:What are those?

Ss: Theyre cows.

T: (手势) these, those. These, those.

PPT shows: Can you find the differences of these and those?

Ss: these这些,近处  those那些,远处

Lets read the tips: 近处的一些用these, 远处的一些用those.

T: What are these?

Ss: They are pigs.

T: Heres a chant for you.(教师加动作一起示范一段,生再齐唱一次。)

T: Can you chant now? lets chant.

Ss chant with music.

2. Fruit garden

T: Oh, Im a little thirsty(加动作) now. How about you? My fruit are all in this box. Please touch and guess? (猜猜老师盒子里有哪些水果。)

S1摸

T: Are these apples? Yes or no.

S1 takes it out.

T: Are these apples?

Ss: Yes/No. T: What are these? Theyre .

S2 摸 摸好后

T: Who can guess?

S3 走到前面,T教师手拿板书提示:You may ask Are these?

S3: Are these pears?

S2: Yes. They are pears. No. what are these? They are .

S4 摸

S5 坐在后面的同学:Are those?(教师引导要用are those?)

S4不出示答案,请几位学生先摸摸,前面两位同学猜,后面两位同学猜,

出示句子,读一读together

3. Listen and guess

T: Do you want some fruit too. Lets go to the fruit garden.

What fruits are there on grandpas farm? Please watch and tick.

Ss: apples and pears.教师板书。

教师拿出句卡:Are these apples? Ss: Yes, theyre apples.

教师拿出句卡:Are those apples too? No. Theyre pears.

4. Listen and follow

T: Lets listen and follow, please pay attention to the pronunciation and intonation.

Ss follow the sentence one by one.

Nice to meet you, Mike. Welcome to my farm(可读两遍)

5. Lets read.
