一、教学目标

1.知识目标

 掌握规则动词过去式的发音规则。

复习课本中不规则动词的过去式并能够朗读部分新的不规则动词的过去式

能用一般过去式描述已发生的事件。

能用过去式的一般疑问句和特殊疑问句提问,并能区分“was”“did”的使用。

 学会用英文表达现在过去

2.能力目标

通过对Miss Guo国庆假期活动的讨论学生听、说、读、写综合语言运用能力得到提高

3.情感目标

学生学会用英语描述假期生活,了解老师和同学的假期经历,并学会合理安排假期生活。

、教学重难点

1 掌握规则动词过去式的发音规则。

2 复习课本中不规则动词的过去式。

3 通过谈论节日比较过去和现在。

4能够谈论自己过去的节假日,并在假期做一些有意义的事情,珍惜假期生活。

2.学生准备:了解今夕人们不同的度假方式。

四、教学过程

Step 1Warming upEnjoy 2 short videos

   Just now, we watched 2 short videos about my holiday.

   Where did you go?

   What did you do?

   Did you ... ?

How was your last weekend/ National Day holiday?

1. Free talk about ‘Title’

  I know a lot about your holiday.

  Do you want to know something about my holiday?

  Look, I have a holiday album here.

Teach: A holiday album.

  Whats an album?

  Its a book for collecting photos.

In this album, there are many photos about a long holiday.

What holiday is it? Can you guess?

 (National Day holiday)

T: In this long holiday, I was in different places.

Where was I? Let’s try to guess!

Step 2 :Presentation Oct.1&Oct.2

(Talking about Miss Zhus National Day holiday )

1.Listen and guess

T: Where was I on Oct.1&Oct.2?

Let’s listen and guess.(引导学生听录音猜测)

T: Great. I was at home. How do you know that?

  (引导学生说出只有在家才能做家务)

2.Listen and say

T: Good. What did I do at home? Let’s listen again.

(引导学生说出动词短语)

T: Can you read these verbs?(引导学生说出ed发音)

  What rules do you know

(揭示规则动词过去式ed发音规则)

3.Game:Collect eggs

T: Now, lets play a game.--put the eggs in the right places according to the pronunciation of ed?

 (引导学生读出ed的正确发音)

4.Chant

T: Good job. Now, we know I did many things these days. And we can say a chant about it, can you try?

(引导学生说chant)

Step 3 Talking about Oct.3&Oct.4

1.Think and guess

T: Where was I on Oct.3&Oct.4?

Here are some verbs, try to guess!

T: Let me give you more clues. On Oct.3, I flew kites,(引导学生说出动词短语,并出示图片,同法出现其他三个短语)

So I was in the park.

 How about Oct.4?(同法猜出in the shopping centre

2. GameLink game

T: In the park and shopping centre, I did so many things, and these are all past form verbs, do you know their base forms? Let’s play the link game.(引导学生找到动词原形)

3.Game:Quick respond

T: Do you know more words like these? Let’s play another game---Quick respond.(引导学生快速说出动词过去式)

T: What can you find out from the first line?

  (引导学生说出第一行都是字母ia)

Good, can you tell the past form of these words?

4.Think and say

1.Read and guess

2.Think and ask

T: Yes, I was in Nanjing.

Do you have any questions about my trip?

Please discuss in your group.(小组讨论,尝试提问)

T: Well done. And I have some questions, too.

Look at these questions, sometimes we use ‘was’, sometimes we use ‘did’, why?

3.Read and answer

T: Now, let’s go on reading, and try to answer these questions. (引导学生在语篇中找到答案)

 You know a lot about my travelling in Nanjing.

Do you like Nanjing?

Yes, Nanjing is really a beautiful city with many places of interests.

You can visit Nanjing in the future with your family or friends.

We can always have a lot of fun on holiday.

But do not just watch TV or play computer games at home.

Watching too much TV is bad for our eyes.

When you are on holiday, you can play in the park.

You can also go to a farm or go to the countryside.

Lets go out and enjoy the beauty of the nature!

Step 4 Homework

1.Recite the past form verbs.

2.Find two photos you took during your holiday and stick them on the cards.

3.Write notes for the photos and try to introduce your photos to your partner.
