Step1:leading in 

T: Hello boys and girls. I’m your new English teacher for today’s class. You can call me Miss Tan or Nicole. Before the class let’s play a guessing game

T: Look! What’s wrong with him, Mr hippo? Is he thirsty?

S: No he isn’t .

S: He is ill.

T: I agree with you. Because he wears a mask.

What’s wrong with him, Mr piggy?

Is he hungry?

S: No he isn’t .

S: He is ill too.

T: Right! May be both of them are ill. Now let’s watch a cartoon and you should tell me what exactly they get?

Maybe because of the cold weather. They are ill. They should go to the hospital and  see the doctor.
