A gift for you教学设计

Teaching objectives:

1.能听懂、会说、会读绘本中出现的词汇giftjarjamstrawberrymailmanfirefightercrossing guard

2.能听懂、会说、会读绘本中出现的句型A gift for you. ...sees.... She gives him a jar.

3.通过阅读正确理解绘本、朗读绘本在老师帮助下用一般现在时进行相关的输出

4.能掌握一定的阅读方法和技巧,并享受到绘本阅读和英语学习的乐趣

5.逐步养成良好的阅读习惯,养成仔细观察和认真阅读的能力,获得一定的情感体验,在阅读过程中感悟、分享”,体会到大方给予爱最终自己会收获爱,并学会感恩,礼貌待人。

 

Teaching focus:

1.通过阅读正确理解故事、朗读故事

2.能掌握一定的阅读方法和技巧,并享受到绘本阅读和英语学习的乐趣

Teaching procedure:

Step1  Warming up 

1. Greetings

2. Enjoy a songLove youlove me

T: Do you like the song?

Whats the song about?  Love.

Step2  Presentation and practice

1. Read the cover

T:What can you see?     揭题: A gift for you (teach: gift)

What do you want to know?

Ss:Whats the gift?      Who makes/gets the gift?    What happens?  

Is the gift nice?  ...

2. Skim and answer

Whats the gift?

Who makes the gift

3. Try to guess

  T: Who does Chica-Chick want to send a gift to

   (Her parents, her friends, her teachers, her grandparents...)  

4. Read and circle

Who does Chica-Chick see first?  (teach: mailman)

What does a mailman do

Does she send the gift to him/her?

5. Think and say

T:When you send the gift, what will you say?

Ss:This gift is for you.The jam is so nice! Have it!

Do you like jam? Here you are....

How is Chica-Chick?

How do you know that?

What does the mailman say?

Tip:We need to be polite and thank for others.

6. Read together

A gift for you! Thank you, Chica-Chick.

7. Look and say

Then, who does Chica-Chick see?  (teach: firefighter)

What do you think of a firefighter?

How does she send the gift to him/her?

Why does she want to give a gift to the firefighter?

How is Chica-Chick?

8. Listen and imitate

A gift for you! Thank you.

9. Look and guess

Who does Chica-Chick see

Ss answer. (teach: crossing guard)

What does a crossing guard do?

Tip:We need to look out for the road safety.

I love you, Grandma!  Wow! My favourite jam!  What a big jar of jam!  Wonderful!

Share love with others.

When you show your love to others, you will get love,too.

Step4 Homework

1.Read and retell the story to your parents or friends(try to use a mind map)

2.Make jam and give the gift to others
