Step1. Lead-in       

①Teach some important phrases by introducing Shuren Middle School.

②Let the students finish the following tasks to know more about Shuren Middle School.

③Point out:the number of…

Step 2. Tasks

(1)Task 1(A1)

 ①Read through the form in Part A1.（Make sure the students know what to do next. ）         

②Play the tape for the students to listen and complete the form.        

③Check the answers with the students.  

(2)Task 2 (A2)

①Listen to the tape and fill in the rest of the table.

②Check the answers with the students.

③Answer some questions about the table .

(3)Task 3 (A3)

①Complete Part A3.

②Check the answers with the students.

③Read the passage and point out: have…off, summer holiday, spend time on/doing sth,

(4)Task 4.(A4)

①Check if the students still remember Daniel,Nancy and John.

②Play a guessing game.

③ Check the answers

④Discussion: Compare the three schools according to the table in Part A1.

(5)Task 5(Speak up)
