七选五阅读专题指导

一、教学材料分析：

本次所提供的两篇七选五阅读均为高考真题。从语篇的体裁和内容看，A篇是一篇记叙文，主要讲述了我与丈夫为了体验真正的巴黎生活而在巴黎生活一周，从他们所租住的公寓、当地的美食及物价水平，以及巴黎人的慢节奏生活等方面细致描述了所谓的“巴黎人的精致生活”。B篇是一篇说明文，介绍了一场环境友好型“衣物交换聚会”的四条建议。从设空位置看，两篇文章中段首题和段中题的比例是1:4，都没有设置段尾题。文章的语言都比较平实朴素，贴近生活实际，文本理解的难度不大。

 

二、学情分析：

授课对象为高三学生。学生英语基础应该较为扎实。大部分学生对高考七选五阅读的题型特点、考查要求可能有初步的认识，形成了自己对于该题型的认知和看法，但是仍然缺少关于七选五阅读的系统的解题策略指导，对于七选五阅读的三种设空类型、特点、功能及相应的解题方法还没有全面的了解。

 

三、教学目标

By the end of this period, students will be able to:

1. Get familiar with the three important aspects examined in gap filling;

2. Explore and master solutions to three different types of questions in gap filling;

3. Apply what you have learned and design a gap filling according to what you’ve learned.

 

四、教学重难点

教学重点：探究七选五阅读的三种设空类型、特点、功能及相应的解题方法。

教学难点：如何帮助学生有效地把握七选五阅读的各类解题方法，并在新的语境中（段落和语篇层面）恰当地应用。

Step 4: Apply different methods to different types of questions and explain your reasons

My husband and I just spent a week in Paris.  36  So the first thing we did was rent a fantastically expensive sixth-floor apartment the size of a cupboard. It was so tiny that we had to leave our suitcases in the hallway.

The place wasn’t entirely authentic, though. Unlike a normal Parisian apartment, the plumbing ( 水 管 ) worked.  37 Our building even had a tiny lift with a female voice that said, “Ouverture des portes,” in perfect French. That is the only French phrase I mastered, and it’s a shame I don’t have much use for it.

Parisians are different from you and me. They never look lazy or untidy. As someone noted in this paper a couple of weeks ago, they eat great food and never gain weight. 38 French strawberries do not taste like cardboard. Instead, they explode in your mouth like little flavor bombs.

 39 On our first morning in Paris, I went around the corner to the food market to pick up some groceries. I bought a handful of perfectly ripe small strawberries and a little sweet melon. My husband and I agreed they were the best fruit we had ever eaten. But they cost $18!

In France, quality of life is much more important than efficiency (效率).You can tell this by cafés life. French cafés are always crowded. 40 When do these people work? Is Fresh Air Really Good for You?
